Who is Better Living Osteo

From Pain Relief to Lifestyle Improvement

Founded and run by Anthony Mokbel and Samantha Baxter, you can be assured that every patient we see is treated as if they are a patient we’ve known for years.

What can you expect from deciding that Osteopathy is the right treatment for you?

In Australia, osteopaths are registered allied primary healthcare practitioners who train at university for a minimum of 4.5 years.

Osteopathy is a type of manual therapy that focuses on improving overall health and wellbeing by manipulating and strengthening the musculoskeletal system. It is based on the principle that the body is a dynamic unit and that all its parts are interdependent.

Osteopathy uses a range of manual techniques, such as massage, joint mobilisation, and manipulation, to relieve pain, restore function, and improve mobility.  Osteopathy  also places great emphasis on promoting self-healing by encouraging our patients to adopt healthy lifestyle habits, such as exercise and good nutrition.

At Better Living Osteo we can help you with

It is suitable for people of all ages, and can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain and illness.
