All consultations are one-on-one with an AHPRA-registered osteopath. No referral is needed to book — just choose the appointment that fits.

Your first visit includes time to properly hear your story — history, previous injuries and current medications — followed by a full assessment and treatment where appropriate.

All follow-up appointments, including new musculoskeletal issues once you’re an existing patient, are covered at this rate — no need to rebook as a new patient.

Private Health Rebates
Most private health funds with extras cover include osteopathy. Every fund and policy is a little different, so rebate amounts vary — but with HICAPS on-site, you can claim eligible rebates on the spot and only pay the gap.

Medicare (Chronic Disease Management)
Patients with a valid Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from their GP may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on up to five allied health visits per calendar year. A GP referral is required, and an out-of-pocket cost applies. If you think you might qualify, chat to your GP — or call us and we’ll explain how it works.
TAC Claims
If you’ve been injured in a transport accident, we see patients with approved TAC claims. Just bring your claim number to your appointment. A gap payment may apply — we’ll confirm the details when you book.
WorkCover Claims
We welcome patients with approved WorkCover claims for work-related injuries. Bring your claim number and we’ll take care of the paperwork. A gap payment may apply — we’ll let you know exactly where you stand before your appointment.
DVA Claims
Eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs patients can access treatment with prior approval and no gap payment. Call us and we’ll help you sort the approval before your first visit.
Cancellations & missed appointments
We ask for at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone else. Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full consultation fee. Life happens — if something’s come up, just call us and we’ll sort it out.
Common Questions About Fees
How much does an osteopath appointment cost?
Initial consultations are $115 (45 minutes) and return visits are $95 (30 minutes). Private health rebates reduce your out-of-pocket cost, claimable on the spot.
Does Medicare cover osteopathy?
Only under a Chronic Disease Management plan arranged by your GP, which provides a partial rebate on up to five allied health visits per year. An out-of-pocket cost applies.
Do I need a referral?
No — you can book directly, unless you’re claiming under Medicare CDM, TAC, WorkCover or DVA.
Can I claim my health fund rebate at the clinic?
Yes. We have HICAPS on-site, so eligible rebates are processed immediately and you only pay the difference.
