Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) / Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDM)
Medicare rebates available for patients with EPC/ CDM referral plans from their GP’s. Maximum of 5 per year with GP referral as per medicare guidelines.
Please bring your Medicare card and a debit card with a cheque or savings account for reimbursement from Medicare. There is an out of pocket cost with these appointments.
Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Claims
TAC appointments are available for patients with a valid and active TAC claim number. Before seeking treatment, please contact TAC for approval.

Workcover Claims
Workcover appointments are available for patients with a valid and active Workcover claim number.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) Claims
DVA appointments are available with no gap payment. Patients are asked to seek approval from the DVA before commencement of treatment.
